All Domaine Fourrier wines are produced from vines in Gevrey-Chambertin. Domaine Fourrier wines are always aged in the cellar. For example, in the domain’s new cellars at Vougeot, we have a large storage cellar and two smaller wine-aging cellars where bottles are laid down horizontally. The collection is particularly important for Chambertin.
This 1er Cru produces several vintages every year, which means we can offer a high-quality wine, but also an interesting collection of Chambertin Grand Crus from various years. The wines are unique and this uniqueness is reflected in the collection, where you will find various vintages, some dating from 1983 (two years after the purchase of vines by Jean-Marie Fourier).
